“This is a very comfortable home, located very close to anywhere you may want to visit, in or near, Huntsville. We stayed at the Smooth As Glass Chalet during the Christmas holidays. Craig and Julia went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. "I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck."

"I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!"
