Stocked fridge of anything you might need for cooking or beverages. A local coffee house gift card. Snacks. So much more. It was very nicely appointed. No sacrificing at this stay. “The house was big enough for 6 couples (12ppl) to stay in comfortably. It was clean, had all the things we needed for a weekend stay. Communication with the property manager was easy. The neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Although it was December the kids enjoyed the wonderful outside settng. Would very a great place to come with a group of friends or family and just hang out. If you have to go into town……

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. The location was perfect and allowed us to take some nice walks with the dog. We were close to shopping, as well. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house nicely decorated for Christmas, as we were in Beavercreek to celebrate the holidays with our son and his wife.”
