“We were in town visiting our son and DIL and new grandchild. Their apartment is too small for five extra adults so we found this nice home close by. The home has three nice bedrooms in a remodeled home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The large living room was more than enough for us. The kitchen was clean and had what we needed for our meals. The only negative item was we couldn’t find any dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. We had to wash by hand. Overall, the best……

“Property was the perfect stay for our family. Home is updated, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a weekend or even longer trip to Southington. Location is super convenient to everything downtown and surrounding villages as well as Interstate 84 if you are traveling further about. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Highly recommend this property for a family trip to take in the sights and charm of Southington and the surrounding area. Perfect experience for us all around.”

“The upstairs kitchen may need some extra ceramic bowls and silverware. The hot water may need to be turned up, it was tepid at best. Jeff was more than helpful getting us situated and comfortable. Great neighborhood, and availability to groceries, restaurants, and the great brewery 2 minutes away. Great room for families for togetherness and privacy”

“This is an apt in a multi unit home. It worked out ok for us but you can hear the other tenants in the home. Bedrooms are a great size and the eating areas and kitchen/ living room are very comfortable. It rained most of the time so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside area but that looked very inviting. Communications with host were positive and when I had questions or needed anything he made sure it was taken care. This home is very close to a few good coffee shops and 5 min away from Avon Old……

“we paid for early check in, however, seems as though it was not communicated and by the time we were able to get in the house, it was nearly the normal check-in time which turns out to be a waste of money for me..Also there were no instructions on turning on the heat which we were doing incorrectly and had to wait in a 45 deg house until someone came to adjust it- also we had to call about the fire place - and the recliner seats did not work”

“The place inside was very clean, kitchen is updated and well equipped with what you need. Had issues obtaining access to the house. Day of arrival we couldn’t get in with the passcode. Contacted manager multiple times because the code wouldn’t work properly. That should have been taken care of beforehand. Had to be cautious of the basement stairs because there is no door and it is directly opposite of the entry door. As we were carrying our bags into the house our small dog actually fell……

“We were visiting University of Hartford and this was the perfect place to stay outside of the city. Great space with all the conveniences of home. Wonderful food options within walking distance. ”
