“I had another wonderful stay here. As always, the house was immaculately clean, super comfortable and enjoyable. The host has excellent communication and does a great job. The property is so beautiful in the summertime. I did not realize how gorgeous the landscaping was as I had been there in winter before. The lilies are just gorgeous and smells so good. The whole property is really lovely. I like the little fenced in patio area with the fire pit and seating a lot. Look forward to staying here……

While an older home with ongoing repairs, it was comfortable and secure, provided air conditioning & everything we needed in the kitchen. Every amenity is exactly where you’d expect, from towels to umbrellas to kitchenwares. If you ever dreamed of living in a magazine spread, this is the spot for you. “Our family had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, clean, peaceful Hoyt House. There was plenty of space to gather together as well as spread out. The daffodils were beginning to bloom and there is the sight and sound of a running stream behind the home. We were close to fun things to explore like the Audubon, covered bridge, and Kent waterfalls. Great bakery, restaurants, grocery a short drive away. The heated indoor swimming pool was the biggest hit. We hope to have the opportunity to……
