“This is an apt in a multi unit home. It worked out ok for us but you can hear the other tenants in the home. Bedrooms are a great size and the eating areas and kitchen/ living room are very comfortable. It rained most of the time so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside area but that looked very inviting. Communications with host were positive and when I had questions or needed anything he made sure it was taken care. This home is very close to a few good coffee shops and 5 min away from Avon Old……

The home was 35 minutes away from the college and 10 minutes from the town of Westfield …… game on TV. It was absolutely lovely. The communication with the property owner was great. He answered our questions quickly. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!”
