“The tent and sleeping quarters were ok and comfortable. The problem was the showers in the morning - wastewater from the toilets over flowed into the bottom of my shower after someone flushed the toilet ( ankle deep). The septic was not draining properly. Best I got from management and VRBO - an apology for inconvenience. Wander camp claimed there was someone cleaning hourly - we didn’t see anyone between 0600-1000 am when shower overflowed with “human waste” from toilet. The pump on drinking……

“Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol”

“This house is in a great location, quiet and walking distance to the cute shops of Panguitch. It's decorated with a lot of love and care and has everything one could need. The backyard is beautiful. It's just important to know that this is a historic property and, thus, has fewer outlets, and only one shower. But that detracted in no way from our experience. Beautiful home!”

Water pressure a little low. Overall, I would recommend this place for a family or friends wanting to spend quality time together and having fun in the outdoors. Take food with you. “Great, spacious house that would be ideal for a large group. Alton is approximately midway between Zion NP and Bryce NP so it is easy to visit both parks and the numerous scenic drives in the area without moving. Carrie, the manager, was courteous and professional. There are few rules and those few are reasonable. The single negative is the lack of food of any kind in Alton.”
