“Property was great ”

“Security was good on the property, laundry room was clean, ice was available for fee, quiet weekend with neighbors, launch ramp was not a problem. Patio was enjoyed and parking for my boat worked out well. Looking at the photos of the unit made the indoor spaces look much larger than it actually was, we experienced a single wide mobilehome with a bedroom attached. Anyway, we did had a good time. Hollie was nice and assisted when questions popped up. We got what we paid for, next visit to……

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was very spacious, and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the pool during the days we stayed at the house. Many fun and quirky things to look at all around the house. A few things were a little tricky to figure out like the induction stovetop and the light/fan switches, but nothing we couldn't handle. The property was in a perfect location for Lake Havasu. We would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!”

“This house was wonderful to stay at, and Mary was the best host! The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our first day, there was a small issue with the bathroom. I texted Mary to let her know and she had someone over that day to fix it. She is very responsive to any text or question you have. The pool and hot tub were very clean, plenty of pool towels and we had a very relaxing week at her home. The only negative for me was the bed was kind of soft but that’s a personal preference……

“great backyard”

“Property was wonderful, however, we did have a couple of issues. There were no dishrags so we had to go buy some. Also, we were disappointed that the pool was turned off. Otherwise the property was beautiful and completely fit our needs!”

“Great stay”

“We rented this house for the second year in a row. We were 4 adult siblings and our spouses. The spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen were great for group meals and entertainment, and we used the pool and ping-pong table every day. One of us loved to mix special cocktails, and that bar room off the living room was a real treat. Very quiet neighborhood, with very friendly people. We had perfect weather in March. We would definitely want to rent it again.”

“We went to Skip’s place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, initially we were going to go to Rocky Point, MX but we pivoted due to uncertainty at the border. Anyway, Skip’s house is beautiful! So clean and just amazing. The pool and the spa!!! The view! We really had a great time we did not miss being at the beach after all. I definitely recommend!”
