The only suggestion for improvement would be to put blinds on the window in the master bathroom for some privacy and in the kitchen to keep the hot sunshine out. We’d definitely stay here again. ”

“My family of 12 ages ranging from 8 to 64 had a lovely Thanksgiving. We were able to cook a full dinner. We all sat around a large table. after dinner stroll the beach in the moonlight, and play games. This was enough room for everybody to be very comfortable, spacious different games and conversations were held. No one was bundled up over each other, the water temperature was great. “This was a beautiful home for the 4 of us to stay in. It was cozy and relaxing with a beautiful view of the Sound. We would definitely recommend it and look fire to coming back in the near future. Only downfall is not having everything provided so that meant more packing for our long trip, BUT not worth losing a star over.. I clean houses and air b&bs for a living so comparing to what I’ve seen, this nice little cottage is a perfect get away for any family if any size. I would have stayed longer……

“This is an amazing property, exactly as pictured in the photos. Except the photos cannot accurately capture the magnificent view! We stayed over Christmas and could see BOTH sunrise and sunset from the living area. It was unbelievable.The boardwalk to the beach is delightful! It is a bit of a walk if you will be hauling toys/chairs/etc in the summer but there is nice cart provided and lots of beach gear.The outdoor living area and pool look like they'd be great in warmer weather. “We loved our time in Atlantic beach. Beautiful location. Very clean condo that was well furnished. My only complaint is the pricing model with VRBO. While the listing shows a reasonable price, there were over $400 in additional fees for 3 nights. ”
