“Jean was the perfect host and communication was prompt and thorough. The location of her place in EI is perfect. The view of the ocean to watch the sunrise from the deck was a bonus. Beach access was convenient. It was nice to have the elevators in addition to stairs and to be close to so many good places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and grocery shopping. The home was very clean with an updated remodel. This is a great place to escape that offers the comforts of home. ”

Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?”

“This place was very nice. Everything was very clean, organized, up to date and just as advertised. Love the balcony and abilities to sit outside with plenty of room. Only issue and it was minor was the checkin process. “Had a nine hole miniature golf course which we enjoyed. Staff in the office was excellent. Indoor Hot tub and pool was well maintained. However the indoor pool area in winter needs less ventilation. “We were very pleased with the check in and overall room conditions. Rooms could use some updating. Tile was chipped in several places and toilets were very loose a few cabinets would not stay shut. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The down sides were pool heat not working, so no pool available. We were locked out of the room on the second day even though maintenance had been around earlier in that morning to check the door locks. Key card would not work for……
