“The condo is cute, clean. Check in and out was super easy. Steve was great with the communication and made everything so easy! Very minimal and reasonable check out instructions! ”

“Beautiful oceanfront view and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to beach. We checked out pickleball equipment and enjoyed a quick 9 holes of mini golf on the property. ”

“ This rental is in an excellent location. Parking was available so that we could leave our vehicle and walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable, it was clean and kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. As an older adult, I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a tub/shower combo. I’m sure we will be back. ”

“I expected it to be a bit cleaner. Pictures are not accurate need to be updated. The coffee pot was not a keiurg like advertised and we brought the wrong coffee. Different chair in the living space too. Bed was uncomfortable could use updating along with pillows. ”

“I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything……

“It was good but there are some things I want to let you know. We changed the battery of fire alarm as it was beeping. Also we found some cockroaches in the kitchen. ”

“We stayed here after our beach wedding and it was beautiful! Everything was updated, very clean, and had the most beautiful view. I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“The property is a good location to access the beach. We enjoyed the view from the screened in porch and master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the Aquarium and the shopping center on Fort Macon Drive. The downside of our rental was the closet with beach chairs and workout room were inaccessible. There were no condiments in the refrigerator. The last VRBO beach house we rented was well stocked in the kitchen.……

“This property has a great location. You can walk to the restaurant shops and ferries all within a few blocks. The view is amazing. You can see boats going up and down the water away. Horses on the island across the waterway the property does have a lot of steps to get into it. the parking is around back off of Craven Street. but it’s a big plus having a parking space.”

“We have always loved staying at APATB. This is the first time renting from a rental company vs. private owner and you could tell the differences. This unit was as described, but lacked the “extras”. We did not have adequate items to clean dishes/wipe down counters and the unit could use an overall deep cleaning. ”

“The condo is just as pictured. It was perfect for our family trip. The view from the balcony is beautiful and right next to a pool. We loved that the condo is right next to Fort Macon State Park. We spent a day there exploring the Fort and beaches. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and updated with all the accessories and appliances you need to cook. The covered porch was where we all enjoyed hanging out. Friendly community and owner was so kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Booked it for Easter week 2025. We enjoy staying by the ocean but anticipating the water would still be on the crisp side we were happy to find a place that had an indoor heated pool. The unit was clean and cozy as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen hardware. The unit is located on the far side of the property so bring a cart to haul your beach chairs and stuff to the sand. The beach is clean with plenty of space . Will definitely book again.”

“Condo was ok. Customer service from Vacasa was terrible. Cable didn’t work in any room ALL week long…..kitchen needs some dishes and things replaced…..drain in master bath backed up….floors hadn’t been mopped in a while and got your feet dirty.they advertised all linens were provided and didn’t have enough pillow cases for the bed pillows….they never brought us any?!?! Never could get a person on the phone….texted Vacasa all week. Finally got a response at end of week and seemed the local office……
