“Great location in downtown. ”

“ This rental is in an excellent location. Parking was available so that we could leave our vehicle and walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable, it was clean and kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. As an older adult, I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a tub/shower combo. I’m sure we will be back. ”

“We stayed here after our beach wedding and it was beautiful! Everything was updated, very clean, and had the most beautiful view. I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“The property is a good location to access the beach. We enjoyed the view from the screened in porch and master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the Aquarium and the shopping center on Fort Macon Drive. The downside of our rental was the closet with beach chairs and workout room were inaccessible. There were no condiments in the refrigerator. The last VRBO beach house we rented was well stocked in the kitchen.……

“This property has a great location. You can walk to the restaurant shops and ferries all within a few blocks. The view is amazing. You can see boats going up and down the water away. Horses on the island across the waterway the property does have a lot of steps to get into it. the parking is around back off of Craven Street. but it’s a big plus having a parking space.”

The condo was very clean, comfortable queen bed, nice quality toilet paper and paper towels which might not mean much to some but I really appreciate. The location was good, easy access to everything. We parked our car for the entire visit and enjoyed walking. The parking in the back is a little tight but if you get in and leave your vehicle in place you're alright. There is street front parking as well. Expect some……

“Property manager was great! Reached out to us twice before we came & was instantly reachable after we arrived. The porch was exactly what we needed & views were great with lots of boats-small to large & even a couple of ships! I was skeptical of the reviews of horse viewings on the nearby island-but they were awesome along with playful dolfins!! The high Adirondack chairs are perfect for seeing over the porch rail - those caught my eye immediately when I viewed this property. One of our friends……

“This is premier condo on the Neuse river. Communication with Patricia was excellent and she was a responsive host. The expansive balcony overlooking the Neuse river was great for enjoying the river and boats. New Bern has a lot to offer and recommend the Trolley tour, ghost walk and Tyron.”
