“ This rental is in an excellent location. Parking was available so that we could leave our vehicle and walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable, it was clean and kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. As an older adult, I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a tub/shower combo. I’m sure we will be back. ”

“It was good but there are some things I want to let you know. We changed the battery of fire alarm as it was beeping. Also we found some cockroaches in the kitchen. ”

“The Views are great from both sides of the unit. it is really roomy for a condo. Prents are 87 and 84 and used to own some property jut up the beach and we have vacationed here for years. Only negatives were it was not really handicapped which has nothing to do with this place..that was on me.. As for check in there were plenty of emails and follow up but must hit "#" before the elevator code. And bring most anything you want in terms of salt/pepper, etc that you might find in other……

“This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and updated with all the accessories and appliances you need to cook. The covered porch was where we all enjoyed hanging out. Friendly community and owner was so kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Condo was ok. Customer service from Vacasa was terrible. Cable didn’t work in any room ALL week long…..kitchen needs some dishes and things replaced…..drain in master bath backed up….floors hadn’t been mopped in a while and got your feet dirty.they advertised all linens were provided and didn’t have enough pillow cases for the bed pillows….they never brought us any?!?! Never could get a person on the phone….texted Vacasa all week. Finally got a response at end of week and seemed the local office……

I only gave three stars to communication with the property manager not because there was a problem, but because I never communicated with them. I did communicate with the Host and that was a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Very friendly Neighborhood, Walking distance to the beach, Amazing view, It was a beautiful place to stay in. Would gladly book this place again!! One of the con and the only con was the stairs.”

“Great ocean views. Very nice unit. Super clean. Property Manager (Heather) was fantastic. Great hostess and responded immediately. Bathrooms could be updated maybe remove/replace tubs. Overall Easy Breezy is a great 1st Floor Unit for a family.”

“Communication with host was excellent...all our questions answered right away. The condo was very clean, comfortable queen bed, nice quality toilet paper and paper towels which might not mean much to some but I really appreciate. The location was good, easy access to everything. We parked our car for the entire visit and enjoyed walking. The parking in the back is a little tight but if you get in and leave your vehicle in place you're alright. There is street front parking as well. Expect some……
