“Cozy Cottage is delightful. The hosts obviously care about their guests' comfort and seem to have thought of everything. Great communication. Very easy check in and check out. “We absolutely love this rental! This was our second time staying here and we've created so many special memories. We love the huge, open, grassy yard with the swing. We love watching the sunset on the dock every night and the gorgeous view of the stars. We have found awesome shells here and enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking. It's a short drive from Beaufort and we enjoy taking a boat ride there. The kitchen has everything you need. The neighbors are great and it makes for a peaceful,……

“Unit is a duplex with the owner occupying the unit next door. Met the owner, who was very nice. Access to the beach was very close. Three access points within 200 feet of the driveway. Unit is on a dead end so very little traffic in the front. The main road is to the rear. Not an excessive amount of noise. Large view of the sound to the rear. Smaller view of the ocean due to the sand dune. Beaches were not crowded. Enjoyed our stay and would be happy to plan another vacation here in the future.”
