“Place was nice and great ocean front location! We have stayed in many beach homes and condos over the past 26 years. Some kitchen items needed are: adequate pots/pans, 9x13 glass baking dish, cookie sheet, large pot for boiling pasta. Condo was clean (white trim was clean!). Sofa and area rug needed cleaned for an August stay. Overall, I would recommend this condo for a beautiful beach front stay!”

“Jean was the perfect host and communication was prompt and thorough. The location of her place in EI is perfect. The view of the ocean to watch the sunrise from the deck was a bonus. Beach access was convenient. It was nice to have the elevators in addition to stairs and to be close to so many good places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and grocery shopping. The home was very clean with an updated remodel. This is a great place to escape that offers the comforts of home. ”

“The views from the communal living areas of the condo are beautiful. You can see the ocean from any part of the living room, dining room, or kitchen. The access to the beach makes it easy to bring toys and chairs, and it’s close enough that it’s easy to pop back up to the condo if you forget something. The screened in porch was so convenient to have a place to leave our beach toys, fishing gear, beach cart, and shoes so it doesn’t clutter up the other living areas. We enjoyed the big dining room……

“My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?”

“This place was very nice. Everything was very clean, organized, up to date and just as advertised. Love the balcony and abilities to sit outside with plenty of room. Only issue and it was minor was the checkin process. I can in on Thanksgiving day and I had to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes after our drive to get a gate and room key from someone who had to meet me. Commpuication dropped between someone and the group was not prepared for my arrival. Lady was very nice and apologetic for……
