“The neighbor next door was rude. But I still loved the stay”

“The condo was exactly as described and is perfect for a single person or a couple. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was furnished except for personal hygiene essentials It is a close walk to a beautiful beach front that wasn't crowded and the sunsets on the Sound side were breathtaking. I would definitely love to stay here again.”

“It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds……

“We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. ”

“I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.”

“The condo was amazing. It was clean and had many of the supplies that we needed for our stay. We did have to buy toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls when we got there, but we expected that. We enjoyed the fact that it was only a short walk from our condo to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The only complaint is that we could hear every footstep that the people in the condo above us took. When we were laying down to go to bed at night, we just constantly heard footsteps……

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“The place was comfortable and quiet with plenty of space to move around. The location was walkable to an excellent restaurant nearby and not far to the waterfront. New Bern is about a 40 min drive to Oriental, which is a charming small town on the Neuse River. ”

“Very clean. Loved the paint colors and decor. Short walk to beach. Nice indoor and outdoor pool.”

“Everything was as advertised. Although there isn’t beach access at high tide, there is public access just two houses over so it wasn’t a big deal to get on the beach. Recommend walking down to see the sunrise. Happy to have a little ice maker. Bed slept well, and even though I was there during an extreme heat advisory, the unit stayed cool and comfortable. ”
