“Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. Windows need replaced, as the seals in the glass are broken, making it difficult to see the ocean from inside the house. The deck was very nice. The gates on the deck made it nice for sitting ouside with our dog. Just a few steps to the beach made it nice for quickly coming and going between the beach and……

“We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home.”

“Was perfect weekend in a private out of the way location but close enough to local restaurants in the area to go eat dinner or lunch with a short drive. Well worth the drive for a low key relaxing weekend would highly recommend. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. “The property is in a great location, as advertised. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Was disappointed with the fact we had to bring ALL linens (it’s in the fine print of listing) people come to beach for vacation and don’t think to pack a bunch of linens-Especially people that fly in and have limited space. The beds were squeaky (hard to sleep) and floor was very slippery. The floor had oily substance all over. The nails in the deck are coming up, so be careful! Screws in place of boards would……
