“This is the perfect location for a downtown New Bern visit! Highly recommend this condo. Very spacious layout with 2 bedrooms on separate ends of the unit. Would be a perfect 2 couples or a family stay. Kitchen was well stocked and had a coffee maker with coffee and creamer. David was very easy to ask questions and was prompt in his reply. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. There was some outside noise after midnight, since it’s located near restaurants.……

“It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. ”

“My wife and I stayed at the property from April 25th to May 3rd on vacation to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay and found the host, Christine Britton, to be very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. Christine did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will be coming back whenever we visit New Bern (my wife’s hometown) in the future. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends and family.”

“The best part of our stay was making coffee in the morning and sitting on the screen porch relaxing, listening to the birds. A short walk to the harbor or the rec center (with two pools! - $10/day for the 2 of us). Very quiet, felt safe.”
