“We had a fantastic stay at this property for our sewing retreat! The house was spacious, clean, and extremely well-equipped — perfect for a group gathering. “This was just what we needed for our stay in Durham. We loved the decor of the house. It was fun to check out all of the rooms and hang out in a funky space with our girls. The host provided everything we needed and the house was well appointed. ”

“Property manager was nice. Got to the house and heat was not working. Sent blankets and space heaters over and luckily maintenance person. Got heat fixed within in an hour or two. ”

“The home is older, but the beds are comfortable, the home is adequately furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The location is close to so many restaurants and stores - perfect for using delivery services such as Door Dash. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owners were responsive.”
