“I was surprised to see the house split with a neighbor but the stay was perfect, nice and quiet with a random car or two from the nearby road. Ive lived in the city and this was no problem, but light sleepers beware.The king size mattress has a bit of a sinking issue in the middle but it was only a mild inconvenience. Overall, we would gladly return.”

“Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. Very clean, newly renovated, wonderful amenities, and lots of natural light. Well thought-out upgrades to this charming old house throughout. The pool was immaculate, WiFi was fast, and lots of thoughtful extras from games & toys to pool towels and extra blankets to an outdoor shower. Plenty of room to spread out and the house had lots of character. We will absolutely book again when we’re in the area. Thanks for a lovely respite!”

“We stayed here for a long weekend. My daughters had soccer camp and this location was perfect for that. It's proximity to the camp locations is great and avoids some of the traffic and sitting at street lights. It's 5 minutes walk to campus and could see this being ideal for any sports camps in general. Would and plan to stay here again!”

“We stayed 2 nights and had a great time visiting family in the Southern Village area. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with a large yard and huge trees. It was a perfect place to stay with 5 adults and 2 young children since there are 4 bedrooms. The house was well maintained and clean and there were some toys for the young kids to play with. It was incredibly hot and humid in NC, but the AC was able to keep the house cool which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.……

“This house is perfect! The two bedrooms are convenient to separate baths and the hot tub is a nice touch. Limited steps made it usable for someone that requires a walker. There is also a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance. We will not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Clean, comfortable and easy logistics. Stairs are narrow and a bit tricky for elders and people in our group who are all over six feet tall but no big deal. Nice deck and neighborhood nice for walking and access to town. We were there for Elon graduation and it was perfect for that! On the pricey side to be honest. Bath mats would’ve been nice. Grilling scenario was fabulous. ”

The owners provided a basket of essentials if you forgot anything and water bottles in the fridge. Thank you for the map of the area with restaurants and things to do. We will definitely reach out in the future if we are in the area again. ”

“House as described! Communication was easy and responsive. Great location. Close to campus - it is a drive and not a walk. There is a close by trail to campus that is about 2 miles which is nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! ”
