“It was lovely to wake each morning to birdsong and pastoral views. Perfect for people like us who don't crave crowds. We were close enough to beaches, botanical gardens, farmers markets, historical sights, and amenities that we could easily have our fill of adventures and yet still have a quiet oasis to retreat to. “We loved this place! Perfect setup for us as a family of four and exactly as advertised. Marc was a very helpful friendly owner who went above and beyond a couple times during our stay. Loved the location in particular, super chill and quiet, beautiful property with amazing views. We liked that it was a bit away from the resorts and busier area, but still close that we didn’t feel isolated. Would definitely stay here again ”

“We stayed over Christmas break 2024. We arrived and immediately checked out the beach. Saw the tide pools and turtles right away. We were sold. The water was not too rough because of the coral reef break. We usually stay on North shore of Oahu and water is not conducive to all ages and skill levels. “This property was exactly as listed if not better. Whale watching from the porch anytime of day; or lounging in the sun overlooking the ocean. “This is a very special home about a 1.5 miles from the Waipio Valley Lookout. It's most suited for a couple with small kids or a single traveler. The front lanai view is gorgeous and their is also a lovely back patio with a small orchard. You are fully immersed in nature and the wonderful geckos combat the insects.
