“This was a great property in every respect, except that we were boneheads and didn't realize that if you're going to go to Quebec in the winter, you should really just have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or stay in a hotel. The driveway was a little long and not flat, so the property wasn't the best fit for us, because - surprise, surprise - it snowed. “What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time. Will definitely come again! Nice extra touch-……
