“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“They stay overall was good but felt as the weather was so good the cover needed to be removed from the pool as it needed a clean in areas and said cover off from 1st may ? Sun loungers would be good chairs very flimsy and not strong , shower didn’t work in pool room water would not get hot so 6 of us all had to use shower in kitchen and in the middle bedroom in thatch the curtains were only propped fell down on closing g , the cottage needs a bit of tlc ”

“No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.”

“There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine……
