“This property was good for an overnight in Superior and a far better option than any hotel, especially for the price. The neighborhood is quiet. However, this is a lower level unit and there were people staying in the upper unit with heavy footing, which was quite loud in the middle of the night (not much for sound barrier between the two units). In addition, this is an older property and pretty drafty.Overall, we thought it was very clean, liked the modern furnishings and the location was ideal……

My dad and I stayed in this spacious 2 BR for a family visit to Superior and made ourselves at home on the cozy couch, dinners in and felt warm during a sub-zero week in February. A few highlights: very comfortable beds, clean, and quiet.Taylor and Madison were very responsive to all of our questions.”

“We were truly amazed once we got inside. the pictures did not do this property any justice. Loved having everything we were going to do only minutes away. Earth Rider right below did not disappoint, and the bar noise was not bad at all. Property management was extremely quick in any issues we had, both in communication and action. We have recommended this to a lot of people already and hope to make this our staying quarters every time we come to Superior. Big Thanks!!”

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit as the bed linens were stained, many of the dishes were dirty and there was garbage in the garbage can. The price was reasonable. It would be a good option for those needing an inexpensive place to stay. ”
