“Didn’t know what to expect, but regardless I was blown away. The place is VERY well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was the perfect place to come back home to and relax after a long day. The owner was also amazing, she left a few chocolates and a welcome note. She was also an amazing communicator, I didn’t need too many things, but the things I did need, she accommodated instantly. 10/10, this place is phenomenal ”

“This is a wonderful property, with a kind and generous proprietor--strongly recommended for anyone visiting the Reston/Dulles Airport area or anywhere nearby. I think we might have been the first ever guests at this wonderful tiny house. It was utterly spotless and almost everything inside seemed new. It seemed like new construction, flawless. “Very cute, with ample space for 2-3 people. The unit was not available an hour after check-in time and we reached out to VRBO for assistance; owner prepared it within an hour and kindly issued a partial credit. The location is terrific - a 2-minute drive to the shops, galleries, and dining in Middleburg. (The distance is walkable but there’s no path.) The second bedroom, a converted porch with gorgeous stone wall, faces the road; expect some road noise. Not ideal for those with mobility issues……
