“I almost don’t want to write this review bc then I’ll have to compete with more people next time we want to rent this property but it really is something! We had two families with a total of 5 children under 5. The house was perfect. Huge kitchen with everything. There was even a crib for the baby! The heated pool tired everyone out. The beach was lovely. The pier was perfect for the kids to jump into the water and swim to shore. After bedtime, the fire pit was nice to unwind. Cant say……

“My husband and I booked this location as our weekend resting place for ourselves, my son and his wife and my mom. We were in Northern Neck for the weekend as our daughter was getting married. At the last minute, her venue fell through. Thankfully, our wonderful host allowed us to have her ceremony on-site. “What a wonderful property--Eleven of us stayed at this beautiful, waterfront home and enjoyed it so much. Loved the floorplan of the house, the gorgeous outdoor space and fire pit, the beach, the sunroom area, and the location. Home is well-maintained and was very clean. The owner is friendly, and was responsive to all of our needs; He sent me several helpful messages to prepare for our stay. “Another fantastic relaxing vacation in a beautiful remote location. The house, view, dock, neighborhood were all wonderful. Quiet, stunning sunrises (my favorite time of day), on the water - didn’t care that it was cold - we did have 2 days in the 60’s!! Fire pit nights & watching a storm roll in across the water on NYE was awesome!! We’ll definitely be back!! Our dogs had a blast as well!”
