“This was a short getaway to the river for some R & R. Very nice location with wonderful view. We enjoyed the deck by the water and the spacious family room. Perfect for our little dogs too! Hope to return at some point!”

“First, let me say that the views were awesome. The house had plenty of room for my family that was coming from out of town to our son's wedding. The beds were comfortable and everything thing was clean on the inside. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of washers and dryers, so if you stay the whole week you can wash what you need to. The house appears to be going through some updates, due to wear and tear, but it will be awesome when completed. The game room was nice and had a bathroom……

“The property was fantastic, as described. Crabbing was good. Frank was very responsive at all times. We had an issue with the hot water. Frank and 2 of his workers were there the next day to fix it. We did not encounter any jellyfish where we swam in front of the house. Our only issue was the location is not ideal for doing other things as there’s just not a lot to do unless you drive an hour away. Our teenagers made the hour one-way trip a few times to go elsewhere. Overall, we had an awesome……

This waterfront home and grounds is far more beautiful, spacious, and immaculate than the photos convey. The hosts have gone to great lengths to stock the house with everything you could possibly need for cooking, bbq, WiFi, dining, playing, enjoying the water, including the most luxurious beds, bedding, towels, robes, etc! “Beautiful home with lots of room for all 11 of us to enjoy meals and hanging out. Great space to accommodate all ages from 4 to 80. Hosts were very responsive and made us feel welcome. The pavilion at the beach was awesome and we spent alot of time there. Great stay , great memories and all had a memorable time. ”

“We decided to take a spontaneous trip (literally booking at 9:00 PM the night before), and most rentals were already closed for the next day, including Easthaven. I reached out to hosts Abbie and Aaron to inquire about the possibility of renting the property on short notice, and they were incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with.Upon arriving at Easthaven for our weekend getaway, the weather was less than ideal—rain poured the entire time, which we knew could be a possibility.……

“Another fantastic relaxing vacation in a beautiful remote location. The house, view, dock, neighborhood were all wonderful. Quiet, stunning sunrises (my favorite time of day), on the water - didn’t care that it was cold - we did have 2 days in the 60’s!! Fire pit nights & watching a storm roll in across the water on NYE was awesome!! We’ll definitely be back!! Our dogs had a blast as well!”

“I almost don’t want to write this review bc then I’ll have to compete with more people next time we want to rent this property but it really is something! We had two families with a total of 5 children under 5. The house was perfect. Huge kitchen with everything. There was even a crib for the baby! The heated pool tired everyone out. The beach was lovely. The pier was perfect for the kids to jump into the water and swim to shore. After bedtime, the fire pit was nice to unwind. Cant say……

“My friends and I spent a wonderful weekend enjoying all the comforts this lovely home provides - morning coffee in the screened porch, cocktails around the fire pit, and gathering in the welcoming kitchen/family room. The kitchen had everything we needed - the combo coffee maker/Keurig was particularly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the primary bedroom was luxurious, with three shower heads. Any large group or family would find this a perfect location. ”
