“The property is incredible and the view is spectacular. Would highly recommend for any size outing. If you want a nice workout, try the Paddy Mountain Trail, a new facility in West Jefferson. The host was very responsive.”

“ The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.”

The cabin itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. “We come out to NC Wine Country every Spring and Fall and if we have a big enough group (6-8), this has been our preferred property. It's perfectly situated near so many of our favorite Wineries and Vineyards, so our itinerary always starts and ends locally. We make full use of the kitchen for breakfasts and choose one of the Wineries for our Saturday evening dinner. As simple as it is, I also love that every room has at least a Queen bed!
