“We have stayed here around 5 times now. It is always immaculate & well kept . Booked to stay another 2 times as we always have a great holiday what ever the weather. ”

“Lovely cosy cottage just a few minutes walk from the harbour and into the town. Well equipped and very clean. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brixham. Parking isn’t easy but host gave us tips on where to park which worked perfectly. Would stay here should we visit Brixham again. ”

“There were 17 of us staying and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodation, fantastic facilities, beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. There were a couple of issues with door handles. One fell off all the time and one was impossible to lock. But, apart from that, it was perfect.”

“Firstly the property itself is Lovely and the out door space is great you cant fault the views. the house has every thing practical you will need for your stay however it was missing just a few small things that would make it even better and give the stay more of wow factor and that is simply out door lights with such beautiful views for me it was missing evening lights it was very dark at night apart from a dim lit red and green light over the garden tub. it was missing Solar lights over the……

“We had a great stay in Suzanne's cottage in Kingswear. We were a family of four with two young children. The house is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. All the linen and towels seemed to be brand new which was lovely.The kitchen and facilities made our stay easy and comfy.The only slight inconvenience are the steep stairs up to the property but once you've got your luggage up there, it's well worth the views over Dartmouth Harbour and the steam railway.”

Location excellent, 10 minute walk to the harbour in one direction, the other way the footpath leading to the pool and on to the coastal path & Berry Head. The spiral staircase did not cause any difficulties for a couple of over 70’s! The only disappointment was the cancellation of all boat trips due to the wind. Parking a bonus. ”

We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. Comfortable hotel

"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter. Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
