It was also a bonus that three of the bedrooms have queen size beds if you have a lot of couples in your party.We were grateful for the mild weather, the property is on a steep incline with lots and of stairs inside and out that would not be good for anyone with mobility issues, small children or icy/wet weather.”

“Didn’t get to go in at The check in time of 4 o’clock the floors were being mopped at 4 and we had to wait about 45 minutes Till the floors dried. Over all was pretty clean some of the shutters were a little dirty ”

“Our family really enjoyed the stay at the Magnificent Lakefront! The access to Pine Mountain Lake was literally just few steps from the house. We spent all day on the lake paddle boarding. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Thank you so much Joseph for hosting us!”

“Cute animals, check! Beautiful, peaceful setting, check! Plenty of great restaurants within 15 minutes, check! Close to Yosemite, check! Clean, lovely home with all the necessities (Netflix, heater, washer/dryer, full kitchen, free parking) and it only took us an hour to get to Yosemite (we left before 7am though). Host is very responsive. Recommend at Mariposa:History Museum, Happy Goat restaurant, Pizza Factory, Pioneer Market). Oasis nearby is also good for Mexican food. The menagerie of……

“We love Groveland and Casa Cassaretto! We have stayed here before and plan to stay again. The cleaning service was sub par this time. Not enough towels for everyone (towels for 8pl even though we reserved for 13) the deck/patio needs to be blown or swept as well as the kitchen floor. Not to mention the ants.. Which weren’t terrible but definitely not something you want to deal with on vaca after spending a pretty penny on this gorgeous property. Overall would recommend and stay again. Just hope……
