“What we liked most was the staff was very friendly. The parking and pool area not inviting at all. Nothing was kept crisp and clean.The surroundings of the parking lot needs more coverage from the neighbors.”

“Upon arrival it was a bit unclear where to go for check in. Room on the third floor without an elevator was a bit of a trek. Bed was like a board and quite uncomfortable. Very nice complementary mocktails were crafted in lieu of the complimentary glass of bubbles. Neighboring guests were noisy. Transportation back from town concluded at 9pm on a Thursday night, so we had to drive our own car. Coffee in the morning was delicious. Overall, it was nice, but for the cost we would likely not return……

“Review for Highlands Resort – Adults Only I had a lovely and relaxing stay at Highlands Resort. The setting is peaceful, the grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I was never able to connect from the cabin I was assigned, even after reporting the problem and being told the router had been reset. It wasn’t a major deal for a short……
