“Very comfortable relaxing and charming!!”

“We had a blast. We trailered our side by side to the VRBO and were able to unload and drive directly to the Cross Bar off road park. We would play hard for a few hours then have a nice place to come relax at. We enjoyed dinner in a few of the surrounding towns Davis and Ardmore OK. We would definitely go back and stay here. ”

“We have stayed here multiple times over the years. As our family has grown, the property has become even more amazing. We still don't use every square inch of this huge house! The nice thing is, everyone feels they have private space while the common areas can accommodate crowds. The host is just the best to work with. And everything is always nice and clean.”

“This place was awesome! Loved the atmosphere! A few miles from Cross Bar Ranch.”

“The size of the property was great. There were things, however that needed repair and upkeep. Compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed in, this one needed some attention to detail and repairs. It for sure met our needs, however, for an affordable place to stay while settling our parents estate. ”

“It was a nice property, very spacious and was around a nice area! ”

“This property is a great option if you are trying to save some money. Management provides more than enough amenities to comfortably supply a family of six. There is a spacious backyard for a dog. There are dishes, utensils, cooking supplies, and other necessities to eat in house, and there is plenty of dine-out options near by. The only negative I have about this property is its location. “Absolutely the worst experience. At first the front door has no for handle. Who doesn’t put a door handle on the front door? No WiFi as stated on ad and was told they would get it but did not now my data is over limit on phone and that’s a new charge. The floor has laminate thrown over a floor that has many rotten spots I’d guess it felt like the could fal threw in spots. Laundry room stink floor was nasty and the the dryer was out of service.
