“House was easy to find and in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Our kids took adva tage of the park that was across the street. The house is older but very clean and homey inside. We would definitely rent the property again.”

The spacious house and yard was just as expected from the listing, and the owner was so nice to meet us there to show and explain everything. “Our extended family was in town for the December Texas A&M graduation. Perfect location close to the University and quiet neighborhood.The house was wonderful so that our group could all be in one location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware so our group could have meals together at home. There was a minor issue that arose and the Host was easy to contact and quick to resolve it fully.I would definitely rent again.”

“Had a great stay at this property! This is an older house that has been updated in a very cute way. Although updated, the house had a little bit of an old smell, the coffee pot did not work, and it is right off a very busy road with a nearby train track. Upon checking in, a realtor came by to put out a for sale sign and shortly after, the maintenance man dropped by toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, our stay went really well.”
