“Very nice home. Very spacious & in the kind of setting we were wanting. Will say we couldn’t help but get uncomfortable seeing all of the cameras on property. Entire first floor exposed with no blind or curtains. Only thin sheers on maybe 4 out of the 20-30 windows on that floor that only covered half the window. Camera in tree facing exposed windows. Found several pairs of panties throughout house. Very disturbing. Glass & oil spills on property made it hard for the kids to enjoy the outdoors……

“Upon arrival we saw several dogs, a goat and horse in the yard. I called the owner and he came out the back. He said those animals would stay in the front yard so we’d have to enter and exit through the back door. My husband and myself walked through and the elderly owner was kind but underprepared. The house smelled like dogs, dogs ran up to us and actually peed on the carpet infront of us. The owner stated his wife had recently passed and he had been trying to clean for weeks. “The views from the deck are great! We basically spent all of our days out on the decks and on the dock watching the boats, ospreys and an eagle and enjoying our sundowners. We appreciated the new grill, cleanliness, and how stocked the home was. We would certainly stay here again. ”

“We've rented many houses on Lake Wateree. This is the nicest house we've rented in this area. Even better, this isn't a house, it's a cabin, and very nice. It's spacious and very clean.It's two stories. The upstairs bedrooms have balconies overlooking the lake.The yard is immaculate, easy to walk around. There's an outdoor firepit, charcoal grill, and a large porch. Beautiful views of the lake. My husband had some great fishing from the dock. The owner is a very nice person. Highly recommended,……
