“The resort is lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants around the resort. The room was very comfortable. One note is that Hotels.com calls it "Heavenly Village Condos" but the building is branded as Marriott (and there is one on either side of gondolas) so it was hard to find the right place. ”

“The hotel quality was over my expection before I saw it. Location is good, convenient, but not noisy. Room was clean. Well facility. Free bike to rent was a plus. Though the price is over my budget, it was a place worth to stay.”

“Excellent hospitality with a friendly reception. Seth was really helpful with local suggestions. All staff were happy to help. Warm rooms. A great location between the noisier main street and the Lake so a pleasant short walk either way. ”

“Our room had all the modern touches in a relatively small space: small compact kitchen with stove, microwave, pots/pans, glasses, cups, bowls, plates, utensils. Tools for making coffee and coffee grounds were provided. Unique features on our balcony: bath tub, cozy dining nook. Lots of places to plug in your electronics! Decor was modern and stylish. They thought of just about everything!”
