This is a wonderful 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo near the West end boat launch and only 1/2 mile from Sandy Beach. You will love our updated condo that is near all Heber has to offer!! It offers tons of room and has a great balcony for relaxing after a long day on the lake!

Great place to stay!!
The locations was so perfect for us. Not far from greers fair lake at all. The Mountain View was awesome! You could see Sugar Loaf Mountain as soon as you go left out of the condo driveway. Anytime we had to communicate with the owner Joe. He replied back and helped us with whatever we needed. We loved it!

The cleanliness was more bad luck on my side than anything. I guess there was an AC unit or something replaced after the cleaner had done her thing. They left a pile of towels on the table and dust bunnies and dead flies on the floor, which was gross. I called the owner and he explained the situation, I just threw the towels in the dryer and we ignored the mess on the floor. I’d rather have that mess than no AC in Arkansas any day. It was further from the beach than I thought, but it was doable. The only problem with the walk is that there were no sidewalks for the first 300 yds. Oh, and this is a dry county, it’s nice to know that before you get here. Caught me unawares. The condo is nice though and everything is great if you have a car.

We were in Heber Springs for the 2024 ECLISPE. This property is a wonderful choice - anytime. Great condition, níce furniture, quite area and awesome restaurants. Only negatives: Needed batteríes for TV remotes and there was no instructions about if we needed to do anything upon leaving the property such as take out the trash or pull the bedding sheets. Over all I'd give our stay over the top ratings

Heber Springs Vacation House
We really enjoyed our stay in Heber Springs. The owner/manager was easy to work with and very responsive. The Home was very nice and in a great location; close to Sandy Beach and downtown. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!!
My family and I had to come to Arkansas for a family emergency and I found this condo! What an amazing place…so clean and comfortable and Joe was very easy to get a hold of with any questions we had! I would love to go back and again some day.
