“The property had enough space for our family to each have their own room and a fully equipped kitchen to allow for breakfast to be made every morning. We were able to walk to the beautiful downtown of Salisbury and be within a drive of the university and other spots on the eastern shore. As an avid runner, I loved the runner friendly neighborhood lined with sidewalks and rural roads along the river with plenty of space on the shoulders to feel safe. “As a family with multiple people in a wedding at Vanderwende Acres, this house was in the prime spot. The house offered quick access for traveling to and from the wedding venue for multiple events in a weekend. The house had great amenities such as a separate pool table room which could not be heard in the bedrooms when trying to put our kids down. The bedrooms had ample space for family members to choose from and lawn offered space for the kids to run.”
