“The house and location were amazing! Kurt was so helpful throughout. The house is minutes walking distance to Weirs beach bars and the direct oceanfront living was great for the 4th of July holiday weekend! We loved time by the pool, the guys enjoyed cornhole, and we loved the staff at the poolside tiki bar! Only inconvenience was the need to bring your own sheets blankets pillows—made packing a bit more strenuous. Would still come back, despite! Thanks again, Kurt & Sarah!”

“The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back”

“The place was easy to find and close proximity to Skiing at Gunstock Mtn. The place was clean and easy to access. Own parking space which would be difficult to locate if snow was covering the ground as number was only painted on the pavement on the ground! Shower has good pressure and clean towels were plentiful. Kitchenette had stove, microwave, refrigerator, and small pizza oven. Living room was good size with wifi and Roku TV. Bed was clean and comfortable. Balcony was safe and nice view. A……

“Was a perfect place for a short stay & take in the local area amenities. House was rustic, quaint,very spacious, & clean. It was a great place to relax with friends, play some games & cook on the grill after 2 great days at the lake!! We booked day passes for Wellington State Park & it was perfect just 11 mins away from the property. Owner was very responsive with any minor questions we had. Overall it was great stay. ”

“This home was super clean in every way. The modern smart features made controlling everything very easy. Beds are very comfortable. While this home is not advertised as ADA compliant it’s not far off. Only 2 short steps to enter the house, main floor is very open with everything needed and accessible for a person with limited mobility. Only one short step down to the deck with grill, hot tub, awning overlooking a very private property with firepit. Hot tub is in great condition and very clean.……
