“There is a spectacular view of Lake Wedowee from both bedrooms. The villa was very peaceful, and it was so relaxing to wake up to this view. Loved the large deck on the back. We really enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were very accommodating and communicated above and beyond. Super clean and very nice. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.”

“We needed a safe place to stay to attend multiple work related meeting in the area. Central location, easy to get to. If you have heavy luggage, this room is up several flight of stairs. Not a problem, just be ready for that. Slept well on the twin bed in the main room. It was COLD when we were there, and the heater worked so well. we were very comfortable. Nice hot water in the shower, but not in the bathroom sink, but that was not a big deal. This was a nice affordable, safe, place to stay.……

“Love that this location is a historical site—which now makes sense of the layout. My only downside of the stay is only twin beds but could easily sleep 8. Was there on weekend and next to bars so got a little loud at night. Owner was great and very responsive. Place was stocked well with all the necessities! ”

“My daughter and I stayed at the Weaver Station from June 28 through July 1 for a family event in Oxford. We found the accommodations clean and comfortable. “We were in Lineville to visit family but not overwhelm them with a multitude of overnight guests. The rental was as advertised and very clean. We especially liked the fact that there was enough room at the dining table for the number of occupants - our VRBO pet peeve is houses that sleep 10 but have dining table space for less.
