“This property was one of my all-time favorites! We loved everything it had to offer! It was a peaceful place that was perfectly located for what we intended to do. It was far enough away from the city that we could enjoy the quietness, but close enough that we didn't have to travel far for great dining and some city action! “There is a lot to like. I felt safe. I was avle to walk to the Lousiana Downs. People at the hotel were very kind. The rooms could use an upgrade. The shower kept leaking. I ended up using a few towels to maintain it. The ac never got cold enough. The beds were very comfortable. Overall I really like this location and have been here at least a hand full of times. The staff is very friendly and I will definitely be back.”
