“This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location on the edge of the old town. Very walkable to everything. Host is readily contactable and extremely helpful. Heads up to older or less able potential visitors that there is no elevator access so you will need to navigate the stairs but only to the first floor. Also that there is a bar located downstairs next door and this can get a bit noisy at night - the apartment has double glazed windows so not a problem provided you keep those shut. ”

“The space was very well furnished for 3 travellers. The beds were comfortable. The host supplied a public transport card which we used to take the tram and metro. He also supplied us with basic snacks and coffee for breakfast. There were plenty of local bars for pintxos ahd drinks. Location was also fantastic! "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
