“Everything is very good, the staff is super nice. The disadvantages of this hotel would be there is no elevator (so will have to carry luggage on the stairs) and the shower head is a bit too old and not clean.”

“Great location in Heideberg. The bridge is just next to the hotel entrance! The breakfast is superb!! Must add breakfast! However, the walls are quite thin, be prepared to hear about what people are doing in next door 😂”

“Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr ansprechend. Ein hoher, heller Raum mit schöner, farblich frischer Ausstattung und schönem Blick auf Kastanienbäume und auf den Neckar. Störend war, dass man den Raum nicht abdunkeln kann und es morgens früh hell wurde. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist ziemlich klein aber sauber und ordentlich. Praktisch ist, dass man zu Fuß schnell in der schönen Altsttadt ist und am Neckar. ”

“We choose this hotel for it's location, in between Altstadt station and old bridge. Sightseeing attractions are also reachable by walk. The room is cozy with spacious bathroom, even better it has a bathtub. ”

“The room itself was beautiful but showing some age. Minor repairs required. Burnt out lights. One light fell being held by a thread of a screw, We stayed 6 days. Asked for house keeping on our 3rd..and 4th day. They didn’t come. We took our own garbage out. 5th day we got new towels. But we were leaving 12 hours later…. Hard to communicate with management, If your ok being self reliant the place is beautiful and amazing location ”
