“The room is cozy”

“Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.”

“There is only one toilet and one shower room. It can be a bit tight for 7-8 people. All else is great!”

“The room and facilities are good. This is also the only hotel providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that i stayed in Austria. The location is convenience but feel a little bit unsafe at night time. ”

“Stayed here recently for a couple of days. The apartment was perfectly serviceable and clean. I would point out to other travellers there is no oven in the apartment (which didn't bother us) but the kitchen is advertised as having all amenities, so that's not totally accurate. The location is a little out of the centre but still walkable if you are energetic, it's well located for public transport. There was a little noise from the bar at the end of the road, but not unexpected for a city……

“... the chatbot which you have to stress in case of any abnormality. In our case the room instead of being available earlier as asked was not yet ready at 15.00. Compensation was eventually offered, by a human being after a senseless communication with the chatbot in the beginning”

“So glad that we stayed at the Urban Jungle for our visit to Vienna. It's in an excellent position with easy access to the city sites and the airport. There are plenty of local shops and good restaurants. But most of all, the apartment was perfect, thoughtfully designed and with considerable effort also being given to accessibility and the environment. I just wish everywhere else was as good. Well done Urban Jungle, you're exceptional in what you do. ”
