“Breakfast was great! Room was nice. We took our granddaughters there for a birthday celebration and the kids had a great time in the pool also. Sidenote: while everything was great, we discovered before we checked out, that the window on our first floor room readily opened up to the outside. There was no screen and no lock on the window. This was rather disconcerting seeing that we were right along a busy street. It would be helpful for guests peace of mind to install some kind of lock or rod……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“This hotel looked and felt brand new, and was the lowest-priced hotel (of 7) on our ten-day road trip. It was an excellent place to recharge along our way.”

“It was pretty gross. Stains all over the floor in the room and hallways. Alot of scummy looking people sitting in cars doing who knows what. Looks like alot of the people who stayed there live there. I was woken up at 6 AM by people yelling and fighting in the room I shared a wall with. I personally thought it was gross and would never stay there again.”

“The bed was comfortable and good for sleeping. The room was clean and quiet. The staff Michelle was friendly and patient. She’s explained the facilities in detail and answered questions. She’s were very nice. I hope to stay here again next time.”

“We traveled to Oconomowoc to celebrate a high school reunion. Our stay at Staybridge Suites was fantastic! They had every amenity we needed and more. The staff was gracious when we requested fresh towels and more coffee - lol! They had meet and greets the first couple of nights we stayed. Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”
