“Beautiful ”

“We were headed to TN for hiking with our two teen boys and dogs and this cabin was the perfect location for all our planned hikes. The boys loved having lots of room the sprawl and the loft made a great master for my husband and me. The balcony views were perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The well stocked kitchen made all our meals easy, too. Thank you for a great New Year’s getaway!”

“House was very easy to access, clean and very well stocked (plenty of pots, pans, linens etc). House located right on trail 13. Fire pit in back yard right beside the creek was a big hit! There was plenty of room for trailers too. ”

“We have been coming to small mountain towns around atv trails in Tenn. for a decade yearly as a guys trip. But I have yet to fall in love with any town the way I did with Petros. The history with BMSP, access to trails, the house, seriously the house. So much room, very nice updates, lots of room to hang, sleep, cook, eat, park, and ride. The BBQ at the wardens table was delicious, we didn’t get to try the new pizza place but it’s coming and we loved the tour of the prison. We were opening……

“ Great common area to watch sports and gather, kitchen worked ok. We stayed in due to the snow, where we normally we would go out hiking. The house is very nice, great time. ”

“The house is completely remodeled. Very comfortable. We did have a boat but access with a private dock and location to the water would be ideal if you were boating. ”
