“We had wonderful weather and enjoyed being able to kayak on the lake. There is an area on the lake with thousands of Lilly Pads (which are protected). It's quite a sight to see. The grill works well. We did steaks and burgers on it. The kitchen has a huge island.. Very nice.”

We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and yard drinking coffee. Wonderful neighbors. This location is great for all the things we did. Highly recommend ”

“Overall, we loved this lake house. We used it as a test run to see if we could handle a trip with our three dogs…so grateful you were one of the few places accepting multiple (large) dogs.The dogs did not mind the mucky lake bottom as much as I did, but as a Michigander I should know better. Glad we were there not on a boat-crowded weekend.The house itself is renovated modernly/stylishly.But with no dishwasher, some of the dishes were dirty out of the cabinets. We brought dish soap from home. ……

“This tucked away cottage had everything we needed. We had a great time as a family and were close enough to town to grab groceries for the week. ”

“Overall enjoyable stay in a quaint little house in a quaint little town. Price accurately reflects the size and amenities. A couple small issues addressed with the host, who was immediately responsive. A for communication. Easy in and out. Only real issue was the large house water filter ran a cycle at 9p for an hour which made it not possible to go to bed. Host assured me they would address it for future tenants. Would reccommend for a single, a couple or maybe a couple with one child, just……

“We were in Howell for a wedding. This home was perfect. We hosted brunch on Sunday for family and had plenty of room for everyone. Grubhub delivered breakfast on time for 15 people Sunday morning. Check with host to make sure the coffee maker has been replaced before your arrival. We were more than pleased with everything and would be glad to stay again. ”
