“Met our needs in every way. Clean. Very good communication. A unique property with a great quirky Julian vibe. Quiet and peaceful. My favorite place was the porch bed swing-spent many hours whiling away the day having great conversations with my sons. ”

“We had such a great time! We were celebrating our friend’s 50th and it was the perfect place. ”

“Just a very average stay. Surfaces and linens were clean. Water filter in fridge had light on, needed to be changed. AC/furnace control panels had lights on specifying filter change needed. Towel rods and hooks were loose and/or falling off in the bathrooms. We aren't pool people so I can't review that, although it appeared clean and maintained. Nothing to actually ruin our stay, just little things here and there that could have been better to earn a 5 star review.”

“This was our second time here. Spacious yet cozy and comfortable. Super clean. Main bath and bedroom is a dream (OMG, the adjustable bed). Bedside device chargers are among several nice touches throughout. Kitchen is huge and well-stocked with excellent pots, pans, spices, etc. Beautiful renovations and tasteful decor. Top-notch appliances. We loved the yard, fire pit and BBQ. Lovely neighborhood with easy walking paths. We would have loved to rebook, but sadly the dates were already gone for……

“We didn’t spend much time at the actual property as we were in Julian for a wedding. I did very much enjoy eating breakfast outside both mornings partaking in the view and sunshine. If we get the chance to visit Julian again I would stay in this house again. It has lots of outdoor seating to be enjoyed in warm weather. It is private but with easy access to recreational activities in the area. It would be a good base camp. ”

“Amazing house in the perfect location. Short walk to Eagle Mining and Downtown Julian. House is spacious and kid friendly, hot tub was perfect at night for looking at the stars. Can not recommend enough, will come back again. Thank you! ”
