“We arrived at the Bluebird Bungalow and found that our place had not been cleaned from the last group. I texted our host who quickly responded and in 15 min a sweet couple arrived to make it right and our host refunded our cleaning fee. Things like this happen and we left to get a bite to eat while they cleaned. No problem. I make mistakes too and our host made it right. Very happy and it works out best if you don't get worked up and show some grace and understanding. We still loved the place……

“Everything about this house is perfection! If you’re looking to stay in Nashville look no further than 12 South. We had a group of women stay in this house for 2 nights we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Being able to walk right into town was great! The outdoor space was beautiful. Check-in, parking and check out were a breeze! Can’t recommend this place enough! ”
