“Easy check in. Everything is done remotely and you are sent a code to access the property. The apartment was spacious and appointed well, especially the kitchen which meant we ate in every night of our stay. There is a swimming pool and gym located a short walk away which is shared with the other apartment blocks nearby. The hallways smell funky. Fortunately this did not permeate the apartment but meant holding our breath as we walked to our car. ”

“My husband and I were in Charlotte to help our daughter move into her new apartment. We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay will definitely stay again for our future visits ❤️ ”

“I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again.”

“The property was very clean and tidy. The location was ideal, next to a train station. Earplugs were provided for noise, although I did not need them. The pool area was clean. It’s an easy location to get transportation in and out of. The parking garage is not complementary, and if you request a late check out, there is a $25 charge. There’s quite a bit of construction going on around the property, so parking is extremely limited, and parking in the garage is the best option at this point in……

“Office staff are always so friendly. The shuttle to and from the park is a super added convenience. Cabins are generally clean although the mattress on the fold out sofa is not the most comfortable in the world”
