Nice staff but needs updating of rooms
"The hotel has not maintained their room upholstery and furniture . I asked to change rooms when I saw my setee was visibly stained and the tv cabinet had a white residue on it . I was given a second room that had not setee . Furniture in both was extremely worn , banged up ."

"My husband and I were in Charlotte to help our daughter move into her new apartment. We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. Very comfortable and had everything we needed ..."

Clean and good location, but noisy construction
"The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated.
