“If you are visiting Raleigh and need a place to stay for a few days or more, I highly recommend staying with Ben and Patti. Located in a quiet older neighborhood with beautiful giant trees, the unit is nestled in a tranquil garden setting around the back of the house. Inside is very clean and modern, and the pool table is a big yes for me! The king-size bed was very comfortable; the shower was hot and powerful. Ben was very responsive to all our needs and questions. And the beer in the frig was……

“As soon as i arrived i saw a very large group of people standing and sitting in the parking lot and it made me very wary about staying but id already paid and decided to stay. The room was clean but the security was lax and room was dreary. I won't return.”

“Just stayed two nights. Everything was very clean and close to the UNC campus. A little noisey. Family is upstairs and hear movement especially at night and early morning.”

“Very clean with comfortable furnishings. Would have preferred a regular coffee maker opposed to a pod machine, but we enjoyed take out coffee within walking distance instead.”

“We had a great weekend in Durham. The unit was clean and just as it looked in the pictures. Great location! Our dog had a great time too. ”

“..but the walls not going all the way up felt a little strange. The windows to the hall and family room were actually a little fun. The bathroom is finished so cheaply. Chocolates only, no water, no coffee. Too many fake plants everywhere. Didn't love the entry to the building. I did like the brick walls and the location was pretty good. Can park in the lot if you are lucky, otherwise you have to walk a block to the garage.”
