“Josh was very accommodating and the home was great for our 3 day stay. We even had an opportunity to see where the near by beach was. “I would rate this a 10/10. The house was very clean and very accommodating for all our needs. The communication with the host was easy! The location was awesome. It was within 15-20 mins of anything we wanted to do. The house was very welcoming and home feeling. I would highly recommend staying at this location. ”

“We were in Council Bluffs for a Pathway baseball tournament. We were within 5-15 minutes of every field at which we played. That was awesome! The air conditioning worked well and that was imperative given the heat and humidity!Would recommend more pillows, more supplies (paper towels and toilet paper), and a binder with all the information so we don’t have to bother the owner. Excellent communication and response time to questions.”
